Why you wanted to become an SLE:
Becoming an SLE allowed me to begin to improve staff members outside of my own setting. Having previously had responsibilities involving improvement, I wanted to challenge my knowledge by aiming to improve others in different schools. I also enjoyed the opportunity to reflect on own knowledge and understanding and work on the best ways to support and improve others.
