Why you wanted to become an SLE:
Being an SLE is a huge privilege as it enables me to provide support in the wider school system so that all pupils have the best opportunities to learn and to give all pupils what they need to go on to have a successful career themselves. Supporting others in other schools means I come across new situations so that I am learning all the time too.
